For the past several weeks, wearing my Cape Cod Technology Council CEO hat, I have been working with the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce, the Cape Cod Commission, and OpenCape, to develop a two-day SmarterCape Summit. Sponsored by IBM, the Cape Cod Five, CapeNET and many others, the SmarterCape Summit is designed to bring together great ideas with the people who can make great ideas happen. It is a confluence of thought leaders from around the country, local business and business development leaders, elected officials and regional development planners.
